You may have started the blog hop with me or you may have arrived here from the fabulous Wendy Weixler's blog, either way I will direct you to the next stop at the end of my post.
The "Winter Wishes" stamp set was one of the first stamp sets that I favorited and added on my "to buy immediately" list. Wait til you see all the images in this stamp set. They are fabulous! Do you spot any more new items?
What about the little red & green embellishments? The "Home For Christmas Enamel Dots" come in a set of three colors: Mossy Meadow, Real Red & Very Vanilla. I also added some new designer paper called "Season Of Cheer". I love the way my banner layer came out with the stamped images overlapping each other:
Card Supplies:
- Stamps: Winter Wishes, Writing Notes
- Cardstock: Mossy Meadow, Tip Top Taupe, Whisper White
- Inks: Mossy Meadow, Tip Top Top, Early Espresso
- Accessories:
- DSP: Season Of Cheer
- Tools: Banners Framelits Dies, Stampin' Dimensionals
Are you ready for more new stuff? How about this card with an autumn fall-ish feel to it?
I used a Whisper White Cardstock base and added a layer of the new "Into The Woods" designer paper. Before I glued it in place, I cut a hole using the "Circles Collection Framelits Dies" and glued the layer in place on my card base using "Stampin' Dimensionals":
For my acorns, I stamped the images from the new "Acorny Thank You" stamp set and cut all the pieces out with the new "Acorn Builder Punch". I used "Stampin' Dimensionals" to glue the tops. Notice the wooden thanks at the bottom of my card? The "Expressions Natural Elements" are new to me because they were on back order and I just received them last week. They are available in the Annual Catalog but go so well with this fall-themed card:
Card Supplies:
- Stamp set: Acorny Thank You
- Inks: Early Espresso, Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake
- Cardstock: Whisper White
- Accessories: Rhinestone Jewels, Expressions Natural Elements
- Tools: Circles Collection Framelits Dies, Stampin' Dimensionals
- DSP: Into The Woods
I hope you totally enjoyed my two cards for today's hop. Please have fun taking the whole blog hop tour. I now direct you to Melissa Davies blog. I can't wait to see her fabulous Holiday Catalog projects!
