Happy Tuesday and welcome to another "Two For Tuesday"! Today I am using the Garden In Bloom stamp set. How fun it was to create two very different cards. The card on the left is my "Clean & Simple" card and the card on the right is my "Stepped-Up" card.

Look at all of the neat images that are included in this stamp set:

The stamp set is photopolymer which means you can see through the images to stamp them. How easy it was to add color to my flowers on card #2. Let's take a peek at card #1 first:

Steps for Card #1:
  • Card Base: Rich Razzleberry Cardstock 4-1/4" x 11". Score in the center at 5-1/2" and fold.
  • Layer #2: Whisper White Cardstock 5" x 3-3/4". Note: I stamped all of my flowers around the edges of the cardstock leaving white space at the top right hand side of the cardstock. Stamp the flower images (lined) using Rich Razzleberry and Wisteria Wonder Inks. Add stamped leaves (lined) using Old Olive Ink.
  • Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment using Rich Razzleberry Ink. Glue to card base.

Steps for Card #2:
  • Card Base: Rich Razzleberry Cardstock 4-1/4" x 11". Score in the center at 5-1/2" and fold.
  • Layer #2: Whisper White Cardstock 4" x 5-1/4". Stamp the flower images using Rich Razzleberry and Wisteria Wonder Inks. Add Old Olive Ink for the center of each flower. Glue to card base.
  • Layer #3: Wisteria Wonder Cardstock 4" x 2-1/2". Trim the top with a diagonal angle. Emboss using the Brick Wall Embossing Folder by placing the cardstock in the folder diagonally. Glue to card base.
  • Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment using Old Olive Ink. Cut out using the label shape from the Baker's Box Thinlits Dies. Glue to card front using Stampin' Dimensionals at the bottom right-hand side of the card.
  • Bling: Add a string of Gold Sequin Trim using Glue Dots where the two layers of cardstock meet. Trim to fit.
  • Butterfly: Stamp the butterfly using Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive Inks. Hand-cut and glue in place above the sentiment using Stampin' Dimensionals.
