Last week was my monthly "Advanced Card Class". Thanks to all that attended. We created a "Pop-Out Matchbook Card". This is a unique way to give someone a card. Here's what it looks like:

There is a little half-circle cut on the end of the box that you use to pull on and this is what happens when you pull:

Keep pulling, keep pulling.....

And voila, the inside of the card pulls pops up! How creative is that? I found this pattern on a video by My Stampin' Haven which has all measurements in cm instead of inches so I had to re-work the pattern to work for me in inches. Here's a photo of both pieces sitting together. I love the color combination I used for this project:

I used Rich Razzleberry, Lost Lagoon, Pink Pirouette and Pumpkin Pie. All of the stamped images used Whisper White Cardstock. This would be one of those projects that would have to be hand-delivered or mailed in a box so it wouldn't get squished by USPS. There's too much work and love in this card to have that happen to it!
