You may have arrived here from Connie Tumm's blog, how fabulous were her projects? If you are starting with me, either way I'll direct you to the next stop at the end of my post.
For this month's hop, I wanted to focus on our new "Corrugated Paper". I love this stuff! It comes in two colors, Kraft & White and today I am using the Kraft on all three of my projects. Let's start with Card #1:
I added a small sliver measuring 1-1/4" x 5-1/4" and what an impact such a small piece makes on my card. I used the Best Thoughts stamp set and masked my middle flower and colored all of the flowers using Stampin' Write Markers. To finish off my card, I added the butterfly that I hand-cut and popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals:
For Card #2 I distressed a layer of English Garden Designer Paper and added a piece of Corrugated Paper measuring 3-7/8" x 2-1/4" at the bottom of the card. I love how the leaves from the Vintage Leaves stamp set look all layered and stacked on one side of my card:
The Gold Sequins and the Venetian Crochet Trim add a little bit of a vintage flair. I stamped the sentiment from the Another Thank You stamp set directly on my designer paper:
And for my final card, Card #3, I used Kraft Corrugated Paper on Kraft Cardstock. What a great combination:
I dug out my Lovely As A Tree stamp set that I haven't used in forever and made this cute card. All I needed to finish it off was a strip of the Cucumber Crush 1" Dotted Ribbon and a sentiment from the Pictogram Punches stamp set cut with the Washi Label Punch:
I hope you enjoyed my 3 cards as much as I enjoyed making them for you for tonight's blog hop. I will now send you to the fabulous Dawn Olchefske's blog and make sure you take the whole tour by following our links to each other. Have a good night!
