Yesterday I held my Beginner's Class at our local library. This is my second month holding this class and I am having so much fun with the girls. We made two cards during class and this was the first card:
I showed the girls how to repeatedly stamp the branch image to create a partial background. We then added a few flowers overlapped onto the branches. We then stamped two additional flowers on scrap Whisper White Cardstock and cut them out with the coordinating punch. They are both glued in place using Stampin' Dimensionals. The card was completed by stamping the sentiment from the Butterfly Basics stamp set and adding a few Rhinestone Jewels. Here are the supplies we used:
Retired: More Mustard Cardstock
This is card #2:
I showed them how to use the Big Shot Machine to emboss the 2nd layer of this card and also how to layer a flower by adding Stampin' Dimensionals between the layers and bending the petals. Supplies used:
Retired: Primrose Petals Cardstock
